The short version of the contract.

Chief of Staff by LearnAI ("we," "our," or "the service") provides an AI chief-of-staff product that captures business or career context and returns coaching, planning, and recommendations. By using the service you accept these terms.

You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for everything that happens under your account.

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the service.

Don't use the service to break the law, infringe others' rights, harass, spam, train competing models, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the service's operation.

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules, with reasonable notice when possible.

You retain ownership of everything you share with Alex. We store it to power the product and to improve reliability (per our Privacy Policy).

You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to deliver the service, not to train public foundation models.

Paid plans bill monthly or annually depending on the plan you pick. Team and Company use active-seat pricing — a seat bills only in months it was used at least once.

Cancel any time; access continues until the end of the billing period, and we don't refund partial months.

Alex's advice is generated by language models. It can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Use judgment — especially for legal, medical, or financial decisions.

The service is not a substitute for a qualified professional in regulated fields.

You can delete your account any time from Settings → Account. We'll purge your memory and conversation history within 30 days.

We can terminate or suspend the service if we reasonably believe you've breached these terms or created risk for the platform.

The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and our aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here and, when we can, emailed to active users at least 14 days before taking effect.
